Connect Instagram or Telegram
Use official APIs. Comments, DMs, and story replies all arrive in the same inbox.

Put products in your shop
Names, variants, prices, and stock live in the panel, added by hand, by CSV, or imported from WooCommerce. That is the only price list the chat is allowed to use.

Map posts and keywords
Link each post to what it sells and add story keywords such as “price” or “link”. Automation stays off until you switch it on for that post or keyword.

Let the agent guide the buyer
It searches the catalog, checks stock, answers from your shop policies, and suggests the next step. You approve the draft or allow that topic to auto-send.

Send a real checkout link
They pick the variant, add a discount code, choose shipping, and pay by COD, card transfer, or a local gateway. Stock can be reserved while they pay.

Pack from one list
Paid orders arrive with buyer details, payment status, invoice, and shipping label. Status messages go back to the same chat.
