Privacy Policy

DigiYar · Last updated Sep 13, 2026

DigiYar (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides chat checkout for Instagram and Telegram shops: keyword and comment automation, live catalog answers, payment links in the conversation, and a panel for orders. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to shop owners and buyers.

1. Who this policy covers

Shop owners and teammates who connect Instagram or Telegram, manage products, orders, payments, automation rules, and optional assistant settings.

Buyers who message, comment, or reply to a story of a connected shop and complete orders on our checkout pages (including card-transfer receipt uploads).

2. Information we collect

From shop owners: account details, shop profile, channel connection data (account IDs and tokens needed to send messages), catalog and inventory data, orders, payment configuration, keyword and post automation rules, knowledge articles, and assistant settings.

From buyers: channel identifiers needed to continue the thread, message and comment content processed to answer, checkout details (name, phone, address), order lines, payment method and receipt images when they pay by transfer, and basic technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps).

3. How we use information

To operate comment and keyword automation, chat-to-checkout, stock reservation, order fulfillment, notifications, and optional draft or auto-sent assistant replies grounded in your catalog.

To authenticate accounts, keep channel integrations working, provide support, improve reliability and security, and meet legal obligations.

4. Instagram, Telegram, and Meta

When a shop connects Instagram, we access the data required to provide the service (for example messaging, comment, and story-reply events the shop authorized). We do not sell Meta platform data. Shop owners must follow Instagram and Meta terms, including messaging and commerce rules.

When a shop connects Telegram, we process bot updates and messages needed to send offers and order status. Shop owners must follow Telegram terms.

5. Payments and receipts

Checkout may support cash on delivery, card transfer with receipt review, and third-party gateways. Gateways process payment data under their own policies. We store order status, references, and uploaded receipts so the shop can confirm payment.

6. Assistant

If a shop enables the assistant, message text and catalog context are processed to draft or send replies according to the shop’s settings. Shops control draft-first versus auto-send. We do not use buyer conversations to train a public model for other shops.

7. Sharing of information

We may share information with the relevant shop so they can fulfill the order; with infrastructure, logging, and payment partners; with Meta or Telegram as needed for connected features; and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

8. Retention, security, and rights

We retain information as needed to provide the service, keep order records, resolve disputes, and meet law. Shop owners may request account deletion subject to legal retention (for example completed orders).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted storage of channel credentials where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Shop owners can disconnect channels and request deletion. Buyers can contact the shop for order questions and may contact us about privacy requests for data we process. Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data.

9. International processing and children

Infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to protect personal information in line with applicable law.

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
