General
What does DigiYar do?
It is chat checkout for Instagram and Telegram shops. Comments, story replies, and DMs can open a real payment link from your live catalog. Products, customers, and orders stay in one panel.
Do I need a website?
No. Many shops run entirely from social. You still get a place to manage products, orders, and your team. WooCommerce import is optional if you already have a site.
Can I move my existing product list in?
Yes. Add products by hand, import a CSV, or connect a WooCommerce store to pull products and sync stock.
Automation
Can a comment send the checkout link automatically?
Yes. Link a post to the products it sells and switch automation on for that post. Comments can then get a DM with that product and a checkout link.
How do story keywords work?
You map keywords such as “price”, “link”, or a number. When someone replies to your story with one, they get either a checkout link for the mapped product or the text reply you wrote for that keyword.
Can I turn automation off for one post?
Yes. Automation is per post and per keyword, so you can pause a campaign without touching the rest.
AI sales agent
Can the AI sales agent reply on its own?
You choose. It starts with drafts you approve in the inbox. When you trust a topic, you can let that topic auto-send while keeping everything else under review.
What can the AI sales agent actually do?
It searches products, checks availability and variants, answers from your shop policies, explains shipping and payment, looks up the buyer’s orders, and opens a checkout offer in the conversation.
What if it does not know the answer?
It flags the conversation for you instead of making something up.
Orders and payment
What payment methods work?
Cash on delivery, card transfer with receipt review, and Iranian gateways such as Zarinpal and IDPay when you connect your keys.
What happens to stock while someone pays?
Stock can be reserved during checkout so another buyer cannot take the same size.
Can buyers use discount codes?
Yes. Create codes in the panel and buyers apply them at checkout, with the total updated before they pay.
Team and access
Can my team help without sharing my login?
Yes. The main admin invites shop members and assigns roles with the permissions you choose, and the audit log shows who changed what.
Where do I sign up?
Create a shop account, then sign in to the shop panel to connect channels and add products.
Vs other tools
How is this different from a DM bot?
The triggers look the same (comment keywords, story keywords), but a bot answers with fixed text and guesses stock. DigiYar builds the reply from your live catalog, opens a real checkout session, and can reserve stock.
Will it quote the wrong price?
Prices come from your shop catalog, not from a prompt memory. If a size is out of stock, checkout cannot sell it.
Do I still need someone on the inbox?
Yes for exceptions. Automation and draft-first replies remove the repetitive asks; a human handles the rest.
We take card-to-card. Does that work?
Yes. Buyers can pay by transfer and upload a receipt for your team to approve against your registered cards, alongside COD and gateways.
